Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of easyinternet.llc (the "Site") and any services provided by Easy Internet, LLC ("Easy Internet," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our services, or by making a payment through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site, purchase a subscription, or pay an invoice. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

2. Services

Easy Internet, LLC provides IT and web/digital infrastructure services, as well as the Easy Intelligence subscription described in Section 3 below. The specific scope, deliverables, and cost of any IT/infrastructure engagement will be described separately, such as in a quote, proposal, or invoice provided directly to the client.

3. Easy Intelligence Subscription

Easy Intelligence is a paid subscription add-on to the Site. Sign-in, payment, and subscription management are handled by WordPress.com through your own WordPress.com account — there is no separate username or passcode issued by us. The following terms apply specifically to that subscription, in addition to the rest of these Terms.

• Pricing and billing. Current pricing, billing frequency, and any trial terms are shown at checkout before you purchase. Monthly plans bill monthly and annual plans bill annually, in advance, until cancelled.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Your price stays fixed. The amount and billing period you agree to at checkout remain in effect for as long as that subscription continues. If we change our published pricing, your existing subscription is not repriced. To move to a different plan or price, cancel your current subscription and purchase the plan you want.
• Renewal reminders. Where required by applicable law, you will receive advance notice before an automatic renewal charge, sent by us or by WordPress.com on our behalf, using the email address associated with your subscription.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your WordPress.com account's subscriptions and purchases settings — the same account and method you used to subscribe. Cancellation stops all future billing and ends your access to subscriber-only content immediately, rather than at the end of the period you have already paid for. If you want to read the current period's briefings, do so before you cancel. See Section 6 regarding refunds.
• Personal, non-transferable license. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to read Easy Intelligence briefings for your own use. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, redistribute, forward in bulk, post publicly, sell, sublicense, or use briefings to train or fine-tune a machine-learning model, in whole or in substantial part, without our prior written permission.
• Your account. Your WordPress.com account is personal to you and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping it secure and for any activity that occurs using it. Account credentials and security are governed by WordPress.com, not by us.
• Publishing schedule. We aim to publish a briefing each week. We do not guarantee a specific number of briefings, a specific publication day, or uninterrupted publication, and the schedule may change. A missed or delayed briefing is not a breach of these Terms.
• Content is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Easy Intelligence briefings, including any commentary on companies, stocks, or markets, reflect the personal views and general commentary of the author at the time of writing. They are provided for general informational and educational purposes only, are not personalized advice, and should not be relied on as the basis for any investment, financial, legal, or tax decision. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or provide others access to subscriber-only content or your account.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or bulk-download the Site or its content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its paywall, or any account other than your own, or to interfere with the Site's normal operation.
• Use the Site or our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.

5. Invoicing & Payment

• Clients are invoiced separately for services rendered, outside of this Site.
• Payment of invoices may be made online through our Stripe-hosted payment page, where you will enter the exact amount indicated on your invoice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Easy Internet, LLC does not directly collect or store your card information.
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• It is the client's responsibility to enter the correct payment amount when paying, and to include the invoice number so the payment can be matched to the correct invoice. Please contact us before submitting payment if you have any questions about the amount owed. A payment we cannot match to an invoice may delay crediting your account.

6. Refunds

Easy Intelligence. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund charges already made. If you cancel within seven (7) days of an initial purchase or a renewal charge and have not downloaded or copied briefings in bulk during that period, contact us at the email below and we will refund that charge. Outside that window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, but we will review individual requests in good faith — particularly duplicate charges, charges made after a cancellation request, or a substantial failure to publish.

Services and invoices. Refund requests for services are evaluated case by case. Please contact us directly if you believe a payment was made in error or if you are requesting a refund for services not rendered.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve a billing problem faster directly.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, to subscriber-only content, or to our services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — including by sharing or redistributing subscriber-only content, sharing account access, engaging in fraud or abuse, or initiating a chargeback for a charge you actually owe. Where the breach is minor and curable, we will generally contact you first. If we terminate a paid subscription for a breach, we may withhold a refund of the current period to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the Site at any time, and may cancel a subscription as described in Section 3.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the Easy Intelligence briefings, text, graphics, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Easy Internet, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no right or license is granted to you.

"Easy Internet," "Easy Intelligence," and the "ei" logo are trademarks of Easy Internet, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to refer to Easy Internet or its services accurately and descriptively. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site or in briefings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

9. Third-Party Services

Parts of the Site depend on third parties that operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your relationship with them:

• WordPress.com / Automattic Inc. hosts the Site and operates subscriber accounts, sign-in, subscription checkout, and paid-content access.
• Stripe, Inc. processes payments and stores payment credentials for both subscriptions and invoice payments.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of these providers. We may change providers, or add alternative payment methods, at any time. If a provider is unavailable, subscription sign-in, checkout, or payment may be interrupted; Sections 10 and 11 apply to any such interruption.

10. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive for accuracy, Easy Internet, LLC makes no guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any content is complete, accurate, or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Internet, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim; for claims relating to Easy Intelligence, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Which Agreement Controls

If you have a separate signed agreement, statement of work, proposal, or quote with us covering IT or infrastructure services, that document controls over these Terms to the extent the two conflict, for that engagement only. These Terms otherwise continue to apply. For the Easy Intelligence subscription, these Terms control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a claim in small claims court or to file a complaint with a government agency.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. For changes that materially affect your rights or the price or terms of an active subscription, we will provide advance notice by email to the address associated with your subscription, or by a notice on the Site, before the change takes effect, and the change will apply only going forward. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, your remedy is to stop using the Site and cancel your subscription.

15. General

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your subscription without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Electronic communications. You consent to receive notices, agreements, and disclosures from us electronically, by email or by posting on the Site, and agree that these satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement described in Section 12, are the entire agreement between you and Easy Internet, LLC regarding the Site and our services.
